So i’ve made my summer plan.

Now i just gotta stick with it. I need to stick with it. I need to be skinny.

Well. Its been months since i tried to lose weight. My stomach is so big now, i look pregnant.

But this summer i am going to fix it. If i mess up, I’ll just keep going. i have to. for my body. for my recovery. so i don’t relapse. i can’t relapse. god. i can’t relapse.

i’ve fallen behind. Slacked off. Now i’m fat. Again. Great.

i feel terrible. totally pigged out today. gah-ross.

great low cal snack!!

4 tablespoons of plain greek yogurt
2-4 chopped up strawberries (or you can use blueberries, rasberries, some kind of berry i think is the best)
1 tablespoon of granola (again, you could have nuts, cereal, whatever)
1 teaspoon of honey

honestly, just put all these ingrediants in a bowl, mix them all together and eat.

125 calories. and honestly, an amazingly healthy snack. you’ve got fruit, dairy (healthy dairy!!), protien, and the honey gives it that taste that makes the yogurt taste so much better.
